PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter that has a refractive index adjustment layer formed in a pattern and including a photocurable resin.SOLUTION: There is provided a color filter including: a transparent substrate; a refractive index adjustment layer that is formed in a pattern on the transparent substrate, contains a photocurable resin obtained by curing a photocurable resin composition, and has a thickness in which inhibition of curing occurs due to oxygen in the photocurable resin composition; a light shielding layer that is formed in the same pattern as that of the refractive index adjustment layer on the refractive index adjustment layer and contains a binder resin and a black coloring material; and colored layers that are formed in openings of the light shielding part on the transparent substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
