PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring an attitude angle capable of measuring an attitude angle of a tongue part that includes a plurality of electrodes for a slider disposed on a clamp face.;SOLUTION: A tongue part 5 includes: a clamp face 19 on which a slider for reading and writing information of a head suspension 3 is mounted; and pads 21 as a plurality of electrodes for the slider disposed on the clamp face 19 via an insulating layer 15. An attitude angle measuring method for measuring pitch and roll angles that are attitude angles of the tongue part 5 includes: applying laser light L being a single collimator light towards the clamp face 19 of the tongue part 5 over a range including at least two pads 21; extracting a pad reflection component C by each pad 21 from reflected light R at the clamp face 19; and measuring the pitch and roll angles of the tongue part 5 on the basis of the pad reflection component C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
