PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, in a production technique of a mold for producing a precision casting component such as stainless steel which is generally acquired by casting in the precision casting technique, a fire proof ceramic filler for initial layer slurry in which zircon is blended mainly is used, but zircon is imported by 100%, price steep rise of zircon is severe problem and supply of the zircon is instable, and as a fire proof ceramic filler for initial layer slurry as alternation of zircon, alumina and mullite are tested, but alumina may cause molten metal flowing defect, and an initial layer slurry in which alumina is used as a filler, slurry life is short.;SOLUTION: Provided is the initial layer slurry in which, density of Fe2O3 in mullite used as a fire proof ceramic filler of the initial layer slurry of a precision casting mold, is equal to or less than 0.5%.
