Hardness distribution evaluation method of the subject

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly practical hardness evaluation method that serves non-conventional action effect.;SOLUTION: A hardness evaluation method perceives the hardness distribution in the depth direction of the surface of a test body composed of an alloy material to evaluate the hardness of the test body. Spherical abrasive grains are injected onto the test body with compression air to decrease the test body. A cause-effect relationship between the amount of decrease in the test body and the amount of the abrasive grains or time necessary for the decrease is checked. The hardness distribution in the depth direction of the surface of the test body is perceived, enabling the hardness evaluation method for evaluating the hardness of the test body to be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
