The present invention provides a sterile fast-dissolving film, a method for an anti-neoplastic drug sensitivity test using the film, and the use of the sterile fast-dissolving film for an anti-tumor sensitivity test. The method of the anti-neoplastic agent sensitivity test of the present invention comprises the step of dissolving an anti-neoplastic agent in a cell culture medium containing tumor cells and sufficiently contacting the anti-neoplastic agent with the tumor cells. In the drug susceptibility test method, the antineoplastic agent is dissolved in the cell culture medium as a sterile fast-dissolving film. The present invention has improved the working efficiency, flexibility, accuracy, and economic efficiency of the anti-neoplastic drug sensitivity test by using the anti-neoplastic drug as a sterile fast-dissolving film in the anti-neoplastic drug sensitivity test.
