METHOD FOR TESTING SUSCEPTIBILITY OF TUMOR CELL TO ANTICANCER AGENT

Tumor cells are taken out from cancer patients to which anticancer agents(E7070 and analogous compounds) have been administered and then the expressiondoses of the genes listed in Tables 3 and 4 are measured. Alternatively, tumorcells taken out from cancer patients are treated with anticancer agents andthen the expression doses of the genes listed in Tables 3 and 4 are measured.In case where the expression doses of the genes listed in Table 3 areincreased or the expression doses of the genes listed in Table 4 aredecreased, the corresponding tumor cells are judged as being sensitive to thecorresponding anticancer agent. Thus, the anticancer agent-sensitivity oftumor cells is tested.
