PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet amount adjusting tool for a syringe type jetting device capable of performing quantitative atomization and foam formation gradually without being detached from a syringe type jetting device, and a syringe type jetting device including it.SOLUTION: A jet amount adjusting tool 10 is used in a syringe type jetting device 1 which foams a content fluid M by pushing an operation shaft into a syringe 20. The adjusting tool 10 includes: a holding part 11 held in the syringe 2; and an arm 13 connected to the holding part 11 through a hinge 12 and thrown down and raised on the hinge 12 as a starting point. The operation shaft 3 has a pressing part 3b which regulates a push-in amount of the operation shaft 3 by contact with a tip part 13a of the arm when the arm 13 is thrown down and pushed in to the operation shaft 3 side, and with which the tip part 13a of the arm does not come into contact when the arm 13 is raised and pushed in to the syringe 2 side.
