PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and quickly approve entry/exit by enabling a simple entry/exit application to be performed in time of emergency in an entry/exit system.;SOLUTION: When an entry/exit application is performed in time of emergency, a user displays an emergency time entry/exit application screen 1100 on a display output unit 307 of a portable terminal 103 and inputs emergency time entry/exit basic information 1101 such as an entry scheduled date and time, an exit scheduled date and time, and an entry purpose to perform entry/exit application.
