PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely grasp history information (such as a passer himself, a borrower name, and a borrowing reason) of the passer while passing a borrower without new registration.;SOLUTION: This authenticating device 20a imparts authenticating information of one's own and borrowing information (including information such as a borrower, a borrowing period, and the borrowing reason) for indicating a borrowing period for indicating how long the authenticating information can be used, to the other authenticating device 20b, as an electronic duplicate key for authentication.
