PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a work schedule by excluding a multiple task for a worker.;SOLUTION: A work schedule management device comprises a work schedule storage unit which stores a plurality of work schedules associating pieces of work included in a management target project, a worker who is responsible for the work, a work period indicated by work start time and finish time, and priority indicating priority degree for performing the work in preference to the other work. An overlapping determination unit reads out the plurality of work schedules stored in the work schedule storage unit, and determines whether there are pieces of work of which worker and work periods overlap with each other in the plurality of read work schedules. When it is determined that there are pieces of work of which worker and work periods overlap with each other, the overlapping determination unit compares the priority associated with the pieces of work, and performs work schedule update processing for storing updated work schedules in the work schedule storage unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
