PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proxy application approval system allowing proxy contract to be concluded without disclosing unnecessary information to a third party.;SOLUTION: A proxy application approval system includes: a mandator terminal 10 that a mandator uses who makes a request to a proxy; a proxy terminal 30 that a proxy uses; and a mediation server 50 that issues a mandator temporary ID based on a request from the mandator terminal 10 and a proxy temporary ID based on a request from the proxy terminal 30.
