PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground heat exchange air-conditioning system which enables an inside of a heat exchange pipe to be evenly cleaned and kept in a clean state with moisture effectively discharged therefrom.SOLUTION: An underground heat exchange air-conditioning system comprises: a heat exchange pipe 2 which is horizontally extended in the ground E and has a first inclined region 2A which is downwardly inclined from a one edge 21 side to the other edge 22 side and a second inclined region 2B which is downwardly inclined from the other edge 22 side to the one edge side 21; an intake pipe 3 which is connected to the one edge 21 side of the heat exchange pipe 2; an air blow pipe 4 which is connected to the other edge 22 side of the heat exchange pipe 2; an inspection vertical pipe 5 which is installed at a location close to the one edge 21 side of the heat exchange pipe 2; and a cleaning vertical pipe 6 which is installed at the location between the inspection vertical pipe 5 and the other edge 22 side. The heat exchange pipe 2 has: a connection section 25, where the first inclined region 2A and the second inclined region 2B are connected to each other, at the location between the connection section 24, where the cleaning vertical pipe 6 is connected to the heat exchange pipe 2, and the other edge 22; and a drainage pipe 7 which is connected to the connection section 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
