PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install equipment required for supply and retention of a solution, by using general and simple machinery and materials.;SOLUTION: In this construction method, a solution retention member H employs sheets 1 and 2 having watertightness and chemical resistance to a solution; a surface of concrete C is covered with the sheets 1 and 2; a clearance between the surface of the concrete C and the sheets 1 and 2 is put under negative pressure by suction of air and brought into intimate contact with each other; and an electric current flows between internal and external electrodes M and P while the solution continuously or intermittently flows through the clearance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
