Plan management system and project management method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a work plan.SOLUTION: A plan management system including a computer and a terminal device comprises: a calculation part for calculating a cost for carrying out a work object; a determination part for determining whether or not a work plan is required to be rebui and a plan generation part for generating the work plan. The determination part obtains progress of the work by comparing the work plan with a result of the work, and determines whether or not the work plan is required to be rebuilt, on the basis of a divergence degree between the work plan and the progress of the work. The calculation part calculates a cost for a work group formed by integrating the work groups, with respect to each combination of the work groups, when the determination part determines that the plan is required to be rebuilt. The plan generation part compares the calculated costs, and rebuilds the work plan by integrating the working groups on the basis of a result of the comparison of the costs.
