PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and compact SDI apparatus having no risk of being broken even when connected by a cock.;SOLUTION: An SDI relay 3 includes a driver 34 for sending an SDI signal out of the SDI relay 3 and a matching circuit 35 provided downstream of the driver 34. The matching circuit 35 includes a parallel circuit of a resistor R3 and an inductor L3, and a capacitor C5 for preventing rush voltage that prevents rush voltage whose frequency is lower than that of the SDI signal.
