The present invention relates to a liquid (meth) acrylic syrup for impregnating a fibrous base material. The present invention particularly relates to a viscous liquid syrup containing mainly methacrylic or acrylic constituents. The invention also relates to a process for producing such a syrup. The invention also relates to a process for impregnating fibrous substrates or long fibers with this viscous liquid syrup. The present invention also relates to a fibrous base material pre-impregnated with this syrup useful for making mechanical or structural parts. The invention also relates to a manufacturing process for manufacturing mechanical or structured parts or articles and to the three-dimensional mechanical or structured parts obtained by this process.
