PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary earthenware base material capable of inhibiting firing shrinkage anisotropy, above all a sanitary earthenware base material capable of realizing a sanitary earthenware having an excellent designability without entailing deformations compromising designability such as bulges generated on the outer edge of a sanitary earthenware junction.;SOLUTION: The firing shrinkage anisotropy of a sanitary earthenware base material including 3-25 vol.% of spherical particles is inhibited, and no deformations compromising designability such as bulges generated on the outer edge of a sanitary earthenware junction occur thereon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
