PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic phosphazene compound that increases flame retardancy and dielectric characteristics of a resin molded body without decreasing high-temperature reliability and mechanical characteristics.;SOLUTION: An oligo(phenyleneoxy) group-containing cyclic phosphazene compound modified with a cyanate group is provided, which is expressed by formula (1). In formula (1), n represents an integer of 1 to 6; in a plurality of A, at least one A represents a phenyleneoxy group expressed by formula (3) and others represent an aryloxy group.
