PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic phosphazene compound that increases flame retardancy of a resin molded body without decreasing electric characteristics and high-temperature reliability.;SOLUTION: An oligo(phenyleneoxy) group-containing cyclic phosphazene compound modified with an unsaturated carbonyl group is expressed by formula (1).
