PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item entering device, an item entering system, and a program, capable of entering an item value for each item in an entry column provided for entering the item value.;SOLUTION: An item entering device includes: a ruled line extraction part 82 for extracting a ruled line out of an image; an area classification part 84 for classifying a plurality of areas defined by the ruled lines extracted by the ruled line extraction part 82 into item columns and entering columns; an association part 86 for associating the item column classified by the area classification part 84 with an entry column for entering an item value corresponding to an item shown in the item column; and an entering part 94 for reading a previously stored item value corresponding to an item shown in the item column so as to enter it in an entry column associated with the item column by the association part 86.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
