PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire prevention level evaluation device for planting and a fire prevention level evaluation method for planting enabling an evaluation of a fire prevention level of a planting by quantitatively displaying a fire prevention level of each tree constituting the planting.;SOLUTION: The fire prevention level evaluation device for planting and the fire prevention level evaluation method for planting include: a storage part 2 for storing planting three-dimensional data 21 indicating an arrangement state of each tree constituting a planting, a leaf area index 22 for each tree kind, and moisture content 23 for each tree kind that is a moisture content as a ratio of moisture weight contained in one leaf with respect to the area of the leaf; a leaf area calculation part 11 for calculating a leaf area of each tree by using the leaf area index; a tree leaf moisture content calculation part 12 for calculating a tree leaf moisture content of each tree which is obtained by multiplying a moisture content of respective trees by a leaf area of respective trees; and a display processing part 13 for outputting the planting in a display as a fire prevention level in a display direction digitized for each tree, the digitized fire prevention level being each average tree leaf moisture content obtained by dividing each tree leaf moisture content by a projected area with respect to the display direction of respective trees.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
