PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity reception device enabling a user thereof and others to reliably grasp the occurrence of continuous billing in the state of a predetermined physical quantity being continuously supplied and received.;SOLUTION: A billing processing device 11 included in a physical quantity reception device 10 that receives a predetermined physical quantity and can be driven by the physical quantity includes: a reception part 12 for receiving physical quantity; a reporting part 13 for reporting the occurrence of a payment obligation for compensation to a user and inquiring the user about whether or not to continue to receive the physical quantity, while receiving the physical quantity; an input part 14 for inputting whether or not to receive the physical quantity and inputting whether or not to continue receiving the physical quantity; a display part 15; and a compensation payment part 16 for paying for the compensation for a physical quantity per unit time or a compensation for a unit physical quantity with electronic money when a unit time elapses or a unit physical quantity is received.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
