[Problem] Provided are a method for correcting the remaining capacity of a secondary battery, a device for correcting the remaining capacity of a secondary battery, and a secondary battery device that, even when charging occurs while continuing a determination for correcting the remaining capacity of a secondary battery, are able to appropriately correct the remaining capacity by continuing the determination before and after charging. [Solution] When it has been determined that the secondary battery is charging as the voltage of the secondary battery detected every 10 ms and averaged 25 times is not lower than an N% voltage and the value of charging current that averages 25 times the current in the charging direction among the charging/discharging currents detected every 10 ms is greater than 0, namely, in the interval (Td) from time (t2) to (t3), the interval (Te) from time (t4) to (t5), and the interval (Tf) from time (t6) to time (t7), the counting of the number of times it is determined that the voltage of the secondary battery is lower than the N% voltage is suspended. When the charging terminates at times (t3), (t5), and (t7) and the voltage of the secondary battery is lower than the N% voltage, the counting results that had been retained up until that point are inherited and the counting of the aforementioned number of times is restarted.
