PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid type polyurethane-based coating agent having excellent adhesion and durability, to provide a laminate using the same, and to provide a back sheet for solar cell.SOLUTION: The two-liquid type polyurethane-based coating agent is composed of a liquid (A) containing an isocyanate compound, preferably a tri- or more functional isocyanate compound and a liquid (B) containing a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, preferably a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 0.01-10 mol% of a vinyl alcohol residue unit.
