PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersing agent for an electroless composite plating liquid, with which dispersion stability of an electroless composite plating liquid containing a carbon-based composite material and service life of the plating liquid can be improved, and a plated film having an excellent appearance can be obtained.;SOLUTION: The dispersing agent for an electroless composite plating liquid contains a cationic polymer obtained by copolymerizing compounds of at least two kinds of groups selected from the group comprising first compounds of the group represented by, for example, a hydrogen halide salt of diallyl amine, second compounds of the group, represented by, for example, a sulfate of diallyl amine, and compounds of the group represented by, for example, methyl(meth)acrylate, and is used for dispersing a carbon-based composite material into an electroless composite plating liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
