PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate highly accurate writing information by deleting position information erroneously detected while suppressing a possibility that proper position information to be deleted from a plurality of pieces of position information on a medium detected when a user performs writing on the medium.;SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 comprises: a position information acquisition unit 11 which acquires time series position information in which a plurality of pieces of position information on a medium are arranged in time series; a scan start point determination unit 12 which determines position information of a scan start point while deleting position information that cannot be the scan start point from the time series position information; a position information deletion unit 13 which, from the determined scan start point, scans the time series position information from which the position information that cannot be the scan start point is deleted, and deletes position information which does not have continuity with neighboring points as position information erroneously detected; and a writing information generation unit 14 which generates writing information on the basis of the time series position information from which the position information erroneously detected is deleted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
