A kind of epithelial ovarian cancer label is found with high specificity, and antibody or its segment are specific recognition and can to detect the offer of the label. A kind of antibody of epithelial ovarian cancer label, that is, glycosyl transferase β 1,6-N-acetylglucosamine transferases (5B) are provided. The antibody identifies that epitope polypeptide, including part include amino acid sequence shown in sequence number 1, from β 1,6-N-acetylglucosamine transferases (5B) to diagnosis of ovarian epithelial cancer.
