GSLs were successfully isolated from SKOV3 and T29 cells by Folch partition and identified using MALDI-MS/MS and SimLipid and LIPID MAPS databases. In total, 17 neutral GSLs were identified in both SKOV3 and T29 cell lines while 5 neutral GSLs were identified only in SKOV3 cell line by analyzing Folch partition lower phases.
