PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain driving of a steam turbine, by starting the steam turbine even if a power supply is cut off.;SOLUTION: This steam generating facility includes a steam generating source 10, the steam turbine 20 driven by steam from the steam generating source, and a water supply pump 30 for supplying water to the steam generating source by being driven by driving of the steam turbine. This turbine-pump driving control device C includes a steam control valve 50 as a normally opening adjusting valve for adjusting a flow rate of the steam flowing in the steam turbine from the steam generating source, an overspeed limiting governor 60 mechanically connected to a turbine rotor 21 of the steam turbine and having the driving end 75 for moving by rotation of the turbine rotor, and a link mechanism 95 for converting the movement of the driving end into operation in the closing direction of the steam control valve 50 when a rotating speed of the turbine rotor increases.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
