Compounds of the type (I) and medically acceptable salts and their condoms are detected,where R1, R2, R8, R9 and R10, W, X and Z are as defined in the description. Such compounds are MC inhibitors and are used to treat hypermultiplier diseases,such as cancer and inflammation,in mammals,and inflammatory diseases.
