The invention relates to the field of computing equipment and microelectronics and is provided to calculate Sheffer symmetric Boolean functions of six variables. The device to calculate Sheffer symmetrical Boolean functions of six variables comprises an EQUIVALENCE element, two XOR elements with threshold of five, a MODULO 2 ADDITION element, six information and eight setting inputs, one output. Complexity of the device by number of inputs of logical elements is equal to 30, and its efficiency determined by a circuit depth is 2τ, where τ is a delay by one logical element. The device has 15 external leads (fourteen inputs and one output). The device to calculate Sheffer symmetrical Boolean functions of six variables operates in the following way. Information inputs of the device receive values of variables x, x, ..., x, setting inputs of the device receive variables u, u, ..., u, values of which belong to multiple {0, 1, x, x}. At the device output, the Sheffer symmetrical Boolean function F=F(x, x, ..., x) is calculated (implemented), defined by the setting vector u(F)=(u, u, ..., u).
