Compounds of formula (I) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are described, wherein Y, Ra, Ra ', Rc, Rf, X2, Rd, Rd', Re, Re '2, m and G have the meanings described herein, and stereochemical configurations in positions marked with asterisks indicate the absolute configuration, suitable as inhibitors of Sumo-activating enzyme (SAE). Additionally, there are pharmaceutical compositions containing the compound according to the present disclosure, and methods of using these compositions in the treatment of proliferative, inflammatory, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases or disorders.
