In view of the foregoing, an embodiment herein provides an autonomous robotic measurement device and system for analyzing and reporting golf game play to golfer during the course of the game in real golf field setting, wherein said device comprising of a autonomous robot housing a processing and storing device, a display means with input/output interface usage, environment measurement devices such as GPS, a brightness measuring device, a camera, a wind direction and wind speed measuring device, and further comprising of a proximity sensor, a microphone, a speaker, an incline and movement measuring device; a powered battery and a sensor to monitor the battery, electrically motored wheels for movement of the device, and also a handheld wireless remote. Further the present invention discloses a system for analyzing and reporting the data received from said autonomous robotic measurement device.
