Disclosed is a boarding bridge pick up port device (20) comprising a movable floor body (30) wherein a back end (B) of the movable floor body is connected to a front end of a pick up platform (10) and a front end (F) of the movable floor body is provided with a notch (31) which notch is adapted to accommodate downward or upward flip of a plane door; a flip plate (40) which is disposed corresponding to the notch and movably connected to the movable floor body and which flips relative to the movable floor body between a first position (A) in which the flip plate closes the notch and a second position (? ) in which the flip plate exposes the notch; and a driving apparatus (50) for driving the flip plate to flip. The boarding bridge pick up port device is installed at the front end of the pick up platform and can serve for both a plane with a door to be opened to the left or right and a plane with a door to be opened by flipping downwards. Also disclosed are a boarding bridge having the boarding bridge pick up port device and a pick up method.
