BUSINESS SIMULATION GAME: A BUSINESS LEARNER'S TOOL

An effective Business Strategy plays a crucial role for managing and maintaining the status of the entrepreneurs and impact of their organization on the market. It is very important for any entrepreneur to take appropriate decisions for his company to reach out to the consumers and keep a good reputation and progress. Our project aims at creating a virtual market environment for the learners in management institutes, industries and other real marketplaces for training them to make better financial decisions to maintain their cash flow stable in Retail Business Sector. The game will teach the players (trainees) how their decisions affect their company in the game. We provide a real-time market environment for the learner. The game also involves artificial players which are capable of playing as a competitor to the manual players. This will further add to the dynamicity of the game and provide the learner a live experience of managing a business.
