The presented invention focuses on encryption and decryption of the given digital block using a 384 bit key. It uses key computation unit, an encryption unit and a decryption unit. Key computation unit comprises of four subunits which perform operations such as multiplication, substitution and permutation which expands the 384 bit block into three 768 bits. Two cipher blocks each of 1536 bit are generated by the user during encryption such that when decryption process is performed on them along with the key yields back the original digital block.
