The present disclosure is related to a protective suit against antigens with rear outlet and bag to limit the risk of outer contamination when removing the same. The design of the suit comprises a whole suit with a face mask that covers the entire head and which also has googles and mask, both with elastic elements on the lateral sides thereof for holding them in place to protect the face, and shoe covers with non-slip soles, all these elements making up a one-piece suit. Said suit is provided with a zipper at the front portion thereof, with an adhesive flap arranged vertically along the middle part of the suit . A double slider zipper with cords and a flap is disposed at the back of the suit which extends lengthwise along the shoulders for hermetically sealing the double slider zipper which, upon pulling the cords off for opening the zippers, the flap is detached thereby breaking the hermetic seal and allowing the user to leave the suit protected by the protective bag.
