The invention relates to an electronic device by which the dielectric properties of massive dielectric materials under intense electric field may be analyzed in safety conditions. According to the invention, the device consists of a circuit (CM), an attenuating circuit (CA) and an insulation amplifier with two identical channels (Al1 and Al2), which may be used for choosing the monitored electric answer, either electric polarization or the electric current, and by which experiments may be performed for determining the electric dependencies P(E), I(V) or FORC, first-order polarization curves, characteristic to the materials under analysis, several integrated functional blocks providing a series of new characteristics, such as the introduction of an auxiliary, practically null, impedance into the sample-measuring circuit, the translation of the electric measuring signals into proportional electric signals of usual values, volts and milliamperes, tolerance and protection of the measuring equipments against dielectric breakdown phenomena, the high voltage interface being used within a frequency range of 0...10 kHz and able to monitor applied electric voltages of up to 9 kVand electric currents of up to 10 mA which pass through the sample.
