To provide a dielectric characteristics measuring jig, a dielectric characteristics measuring device and a dielectric characteristics measuring method with which it is possible to measure dielectric characteristics with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A dielectric characteristics measuring jig 1 is used to measure the dielectric characteristics of samples by a disk resonator method. The dielectric characteristics measuring jig 1 comprises: an upper conductor 21 (first conductor) and a lower conductor 22 (second conductor) facing each other and capable of holding samples 101, 102 therebetween; a middle conductor 23 (third conductor) provided in the samples 101, 102; an upper stationary plate 31 (first stationary plate) provided on the top side of the upper conductor 21 (the side opposite to the sample 101); a lower stationary plate 32 (second stationary plate) provided at the underside of the lower conductor 22 (the side opposite to the sample 102); and fastening means 4 (coupling means) for fastening the upper stationary plate 31 and the lower stationary plate 32 together, with clearances between an underside 210 of the upper conductor 21 and a top side 220 of the lower conductor 22 partly different.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
