METHOD FOR ASSESSING SEVERITY OF ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATION AND FORECASTING OUTCOME OF THE DETOXIFICATION THERAPY

The method for assessing the severity of endogenous intoxication and forecasting the outcome of the detoxification therapy includes the assessment of the redox balance of metabolic systems by the content of humoral anti-inflammatory and inflammatory factors in blood plasma. The dysfunction of cell membranes and the impairment of the metabolism as a whole is assessed by the level of free radical oxidation of lipids in cytoplasm, the generation of enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants and the degree of hydrophobic modification of protein molecules (albumins).
