The method for determining the content of zinc in the blood of patients with diabetes type 2 diabetes having survived myocardial infarction which includes blood tests. Additionally, there is determined the level of zinc in serum of venous blood by atomic absorption spectrometry, concentration of C-reactive protein by turbidity method, levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α with immuneferment method, the results are compared to the control and at change of parameters content of zinc is determined in the blood of patients with type 2 diabetes, with myocardial infarction.
