The invention relates to a method for the extraction of phosphopeptides from cow milk caseins which provides for proteolysis under action of enzyme preparation such as pancreatine or trypsin and sedimentation of phosphopeptides from hydrolysate with ethanol at elevated concentration of Ca2+ ions in solution. The method is characterized in that prior to proteolysis separation of casein fractions of β-casein and κ-casein from total milk casein by differential coagulation, and only mixture of αS1- and αS2-caseins are subjected to the proteolysis conducted under the temperature of 37 37 ºC and pH 7.9 for at least 3 hours.
