METHOD FOR ISOLATION OF PHOSPHOPEPTIDES FROM COW MILK CASEIN

A method for isolation of phosphopeptides from cow milk casein, providing for proteolysis under the action of enzymatic preparation (pancreatine or tripsin) and sedimentation of phosphopeptides from hydrolysate with ethanol at increased concentration of Caions in solution, wherein only mixture of - and -caseins is subjected to proteolysis, which is preliminary separated from the whole casein of cow milk.
