The invention relates to a biomaterial capable of successively performing a solution / gel transition, then gel / solution according to a specific kinetics, which biomaterial comprises at least one monomer capable of forming polymers, at least one enzyme capable of degrading said polymers and, optionally an enzyme capable of making covalent bonds between said monomers. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining such a biomaterial.
