the actuator includes a body to run off with a total (12).a mobile piston (13), astem (16) protruded at one end of the body (12) and an elementsleeve (17) mobile in the body (12). the actuator includesin addition, means for propelling the piston (13) in response to a commanda combination of control and brakingin return. the braking arrangementis composed of at least one roller (18) housed in an annular cavity(19) formed by the inner surface of the body (12).the sliding element (5), a spring (22) connecting the elementa sliding piston (17), (13) and a connecting element(23) connecting the ball (18) in the piston (13). the roller (18) is positioned bythe connecting link (23) in a first section (20)the annular cavity (19) when the return spring (22) is relaxed, andin the second section (21), a radial heightdecreasing when the return spring (22) is compressed. thus,the combination is safe when the braking effortapplied to the plunger (13) is lower than a threshold value.
