This wheel comprises a plurality of blades arranged on a ceiling and is equipped with a tip member attached to a central zone of the ceiling or wheel hub, radially inside the vanes, the ceiling defining a wet surface for guiding a flow passing between the vanes. The tip member is provided with at least one deflection opening of a portion of the flow to the internal volume of this member. This member comprises a frustoconical annular skirt and at least one fin disposed in its internal volume and adapted to modify the path of the flow part penetrating into this volume through the opening. This fin extends to the edge of the skirt which defines an outlet opening of the member for the flow part.
