This autonomic nervous function stabilization device (10) is provided with a control unit (40) which controls electric devices (100, 100A-100C) which contribute to stabilizing autonomic nervous function. The control unit (40) is configured to control the electric devices (100, 100A-100C) on the basis of the autonomic nervous function measured during operation of the electric devices (100, 100A-100C). By means of this stabilization device (10), it is possible to contribute to stabilization of autonomic nervous function.
