A synergistic sterilizing and preserving method for fresh meat with high voltage field plasma and nano photocatalysis is disclosed herein, and it belongs to the technical field of cold sterilization of food package. The method is mixing photocatalyst, coupling agent and coating liquid at high speed uniformly to obtain modified coating liquid, then coating the prepared coating liquid on surface of a plastic package film to obtain packaging material with photocatalysis bacteriostasis function, MAP packing fresh meat with the antibacterial packaging material, wherein the coating layer containing the photocatalysis material is arranged on the inner side of the package, and then placing it between two electrodes of a plasma generating device and performing plasma sterilization under high voltage field condition.
