An adjustable wall-mounted rack for a liquid crystal display television/flat-panel display. The adjustable wall-mounted rack comprises a fixed seat (1) that is connected to a wall or a wall plate and extends along the transverse direction, mounting supports (2) that are used for mounting a liquid crystal display television/ flat-panel display and extend along the longitudinal direction, and a hanging rod (30) that is erected on the fixed seat (1) and extends along the transverse direction. An elongated hole (210) extending along the longitudinal direction and a plurality of positioning holes (211) distributed along the longitudinal direction are formed in each mounting support (2). The hanging rod (30) can be slidably disposed in the elongated hole (210). The positioning holes (211) are positioned on the front side or the rear side of the elongated hole (210) and are communicated with the elongated hole (210). A moving channel (a) through which the hanging rod (30) enters the elongated hole (210) from one of the positioning holes (211) is reserved. A stopping wall (b) is disposed on the side wall of the side, close to the elongated hole (210), of each positioning hole (211). The hanging rod (30) penetrates in one of the positioning holes (211), so that the mounting supports (2) can be hung on the fixed seat (1) through the hanging rod (30). The position of a liquid crystal display television/ flat-panel display is adjusted according to the sitting posture or sleeping posture of a watcher; the adjustable wall-mounted rack is helpful to cervical vertebras and vision of adults or children; and watching comfort level is improved.
