The present invention addresses the problem of providing an in-mold label container having excellent gas barrier and oxygen absorption properties. The in-mold label container (10) is provided with a barrel section (11) and a bottom section (1). The in-mold label container (10) has a sheet-formed body (3), a label (4), and an injection resin (8) interposed between the sheet-formed body (3) and the label (4). The sheet-formed body (3) has the shape of the container while exhibiting gas barrier properties, and is positioned on the inner side. The label (4) exhibits gas barrier properties and is positioned on the outer side. A laminate (23) of the sheet formed body (3) has a gas barrier/oxygen-absorbing resin layer (23b). This makes it possible to obtain reliable gas barrier properties, even if a gap is formed at the end edge of the label (4), and to absorb oxygen that has infiltrated into the interior.
